  • Collaborate with the Corporate Sales Team to confirm order details, resolve discrepancies, and expedite urgent requests.
  • Generate and distribute order confirmation reports, hold notifications, and status updates to relevant parties.

Account Maintenance & Sales Support

  • Maintain up‑to‑date records for major business accounts, including contact information, contract terms, and purchase histories.
  • Assist the Corporate Sales Team with account‑specific inquiries, pricing clarifications, and promotional eligibility checks.
  • Provide proactive recommendations for upselling or cross‑selling opportunities based on client activity and product knowledge.

System & Dashboard Management

  • Utilize the Viewer System Console, Customer Contact Tool, and Management Dashboard to monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and improve efficiency.
  • Update and maintain the Holds Report and Holds Worker Console, ensuring accurate visibility for all stakeholders.
  • Leverage MS Office and advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) to generate analytical reports and support decision‑making.

Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Participate actively in team meetings, knowledge‑sharing sessions, and process‑improvement initiatives.
  • Offer constructive feedback on system enhancements, training materials, and service protocols.
