Position Overview

This contract role is a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic, detail‑oriented professional to serve as the front line of communication between arenaflex and key decision makers in the medical device market. Working 30 hours per week on a flexible schedule, you will leverage your telephone etiquette, organizational prowess, and persuasive communication skills to introduce arenaflex’s flagship product line, set up strategic appointments, and support the broader sales and account management teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize a targeted prospect list to conduct outbound calls and personalized email outreach to healthcare administrators, procurement officers, and other decision makers.

  • Schedule qualified meetings between prospects and arenaflex’s National Account Managers, ensuring a seamless handoff and clear next steps.

Essential Qualifications
