  • Sales Support: Partner closely with the Sales Department by preparing sales‑related documentation, updating CRM records, and assisting with order processing and follow‑up.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform routine data entry, maintain customer records, generate reports, and support internal teams with ad‑hoc tasks as needed.
  • Problem Solving: Identify root causes of recurring issues, propose actionable solutions, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement improvements.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in an administrative or office setting.
  • Prior exposure to accounts receivable functions is highly encouraged.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; additional post‑secondary education or certifications are a plus.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and comfort navigating web‑based CRM platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional telephone etiquette and clear email composition.
