Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be the front line of support for patients, providers, and partners navigating complex healthcare inquiries. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

  • Engaging with customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms to address questions, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information about healthcare services.

Essential Qualifications
