Remote Curriculum Designer

- Collaborate with learning and performance consultants on strategic solutions for stakeholders.
- Develop e-learning and video content that aligns with strategic objectives.
- Support the implementation of various learning initiatives as necessary.
- Conduct analysis and evaluation of learning initiatives to drive improvement.
- Mentor new instructional designers on best practices and tools.
- Stay updated on advancements in training and development methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8 years of experience in learning projects.
- Advanced proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Camtasia).
- Experience with Vyond or equivalents for animation.
- Strong skills in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint.
- Ability to coach and mentor others.
- Knowledge of instructional design best practices and methodologies.
- A commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
- Ability to apply cognitive science principles to enhance learning outcomes.
- Experience in selecting and aligning training delivery options effectively.
- Strong work ethic with a mindset of accountability.
