Key Responsibilities

Prepare financial statements, adhering to GAAP, OCBOA, or non-reporting standards. Prepare individual and business income tax returns, including forms 1040, 1120C, 1120S, 1065, 990, and 1041. Develop thorough work papers in compliance with firm standards. Collaborate effectively with team members to accomplish project assignments and tasks. Required Skills Strong leadership and communication capabilities. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and various accounting software, including QuickBooks (both desktop and online). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for fostering strong client relationships. A positive, collaborative mindset conducive to teamwork.

Qualifications

An Associate's degree is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. CPA designation or CPA candidate status is advantageous. Relevant experience in a small public accounting firm, particularly in financial statement preparation. Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service.
