Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide innovative solutions
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Respond to requests for assistance and process payments as needed
  • Track and report call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Provide feedback on call issues and contribute to process improvements

Qualifications

  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to type 25 wpm and navigate Windows operating systems
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems and internet connectivity

Work from Home Requirements

  • Minimum internet speed of 25.0 Mbps download and 10.0 Mbps upload
  • ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data, P2P, or VPN
  • Proof of internet speed required
  • Clean and quiet workspace
