Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high‑performing customer engagement team of 8‑12 members, fostering a culture of excellence, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear performance metrics, conduct regular one‑on‑ones, and implement development plans that accelerate career growth for each team member.
  • Champion best practices in customer service, ensuring every interaction aligns with arenaflex’s brand promise of wonder and delight.

Program Design & Execution

  • Develop and roll out multi‑channel engagement strategies—including in‑park experiences, digital platforms, loyalty programs, and special events—that boost satisfaction scores by at least 15% year‑over‑year.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Product teams to create seamless, end‑to‑end experiences that drive both acquisition and retention.
  • Oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of flagship customer events, seasonal promotions, and exclusive VIP experiences.

Data‑Driven Insight & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key engagement metrics (NPS, CSAT, churn, repeat visitation) using advanced analytics tools and dashboards.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable initiatives, partnering with product and operations teams to resolve pain points swiftly.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor moves to keep arenaflex at the forefront of experiential innovation.

Stakeholder & Partner Management

  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with external vendors, technology partners, and community organizations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Serve as the primary ambassador for arenaflex in external forums, industry conferences, and media engagements, reinforcing the brand’s leadership in customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure all engagement initiatives meet regulatory standards and brand guidelines.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a strong plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in customer engagement, experience design, or guest services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing a sizable team.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in designing and launching large‑scale engagement programs that delivered measurable improvements in loyalty, satisfaction, and revenue.
  • Analytical Acumen: Proficiency with data‑analysis platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics) and the ability to translate complex data sets into clear, strategic recommendations.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and present compelling narratives to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the entertainment, theme‑park, or hospitality sectors, especially with globally recognized brands.
  • Certification in Customer Experience Management (CCXP) or related professional credentials.
