  • Start Date: September 16, 2024
  • Location: Fully remote – work from any approved state (Arizona, Florida, Idaho, Nevada, North Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia)
  • Schedule: Full‑time (40 hours/week) with flexible shifts between 5 AM – 11 PM MST; weekend shifts required
  • Compensation: $15.00 per hour base plus performance bonuses up to $6 per hour
  • Training: Three‑week intensive program (10 AM – 5 PM MST, Monday‑Friday)

What You’ll Do – Core Responsibilities

  • Engage 2‑3 customers per shift via the LiveEngage (LivePerson) chat platform, delivering fast, accurate, and friendly assistance.
  • Guide shoppers through the lens selection process, recommending upgrades, accessories, and care products that enhance the value of their purchase.
  • Proactively communicate with your manager and teammates through one‑on‑one meetings, team huddles, and internal chat channels to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a high‑quality customer experience in a dynamic, high‑volume environment, consistently meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue per chat, quality scores, availability, and dependability.
  • Identify root causes of recurring issues, propose solutions, and empower yourself to resolve problems on the spot, creating a seamless experience for every customer.

Essential Qualifications – What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 2‑3 years proven experience in a customer‑service or support role, preferably in a remote or digital environment.
  • Exceptional typing speed (≥ 40 wpm) and comfort navigating multiple software tools simultaneously.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) and a dedicated, distraction‑free workspace that meets confidentiality standards.
