Role Overview

This is a remote, full‑time position anchored to our Las Vegas, NV office. You will work flexible shifts that align with our customers’ needs (8 a.m. – 9 p.m. CT). While the role is primarily remote, occasional in‑office days are scheduled based on your shift to foster team collaboration and culture building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Outstanding Service: Provide courteous, knowledgeable assistance via phone, email, and live chat, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
  • Master arenaflex Systems: Become an expert in our internal management platform to process orders, manage returns, and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Use our communication tools to coordinate with teammates, supervisors, and other departments, ensuring seamless issue resolution.
  • Identify Trends & Pain Points: Monitor interactions to spot recurring challenges, then propose and implement improvements that enhance the overall customer journey.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Proficiency in navigating multiple tabs, windows, and keyboard shortcuts to maximize productivity.

  • Eligibility to work in the United States and not listed on the Office of Inspector General’s Excluded Individuals/Entities list (LEIE).
