Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Part‑Time Remote Data Entry Specialist to join the arenaflex Partner Expert IT Crewmember Innovation Administration (CTS) team. In this role, you will provide first‑ and second‑level technical support to arenaflex crewmembers, ensuring seamless operation of a wide range of devices, applications, and communication tools. Your primary mission is to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues while maintaining meticulous records of all support requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support Delivery: Provide timely, professional assistance for all arenaflex hardware and software, including laptops, tablets, smartphones, and communication platforms.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding on‑site and remote support experiences, embodying arenaflex’s values of safety, mindfulness, honesty, energy, and fun.
  • Incident Management: Log, track, and prioritize support tickets from initiation to resolution, collaborating with internal and external resources to meet service‑level agreements.
  • System Monitoring & Maintenance: Conduct routine health checks, update configurations, and ensure that all devices remain compliant with arenaflex security standards.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Base: Maintain accurate documentation of support interactions, update knowledge‑base articles, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaboration with IT Teams: Work closely with software rollout groups, data innovation (IT) disciplines, and network engineering teams to support system deployments and upgrades.
  • Crisis Response: Coordinate response efforts for major incidents, outages, or black‑out events, ensuring clear communication and rapid resolution.
  • Travel Coordination: Based in Montego Bay, Jamaica, you will travel periodically to Kingston for on‑site collaboration and training sessions.
  • Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks as assigned, supporting the broader mission of arenaflex’s crewmember experience.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Hands‑on experience supporting modern operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) or completion of an IT Fundamentals certification (e.g., Coursera IT for Everyone).
  • Demonstrated ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot applications across multiple platforms.
  • Willingness to travel short‑term (up to 50% of the schedule) within Jamaica and, when required, to the United States.
  • Valid travel documents and the ability to obtain a U.S. visa independently (arenaflex does not sponsor visas).
  • Proficiency with workplace collaboration suites (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace).
  • Legal eligibility to work in the country of assignment; no visa sponsorship is available.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications

  • Industry‑recognized certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, CompTIA A+, or similar.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Azure Active Directory, and endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE).
  • Knowledge of LAN environments, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and basic networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with VOIP and POTS systems, as well as mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
  • Understanding of security best practices, including data loss prevention (DLP) and endpoint protection.
  • Prior exposure to ticketing platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk) and ITIL‑based incident management processes.
