Position Overview – Why This Role Matters

We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Lending Customer Service Representative to become a cornerstone of arenaflex’s client‑experience team. In this remote, contractor‑based role, you will be the first point of contact for borrowers, investors, and prospective clients who need clear, accurate, and compassionate guidance on our loan products. Your ability to translate intricate mortgage terminology into everyday language will directly influence client satisfaction, loan conversion rates, and the overall reputation of arenaflex as a trusted lender.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Communication Management: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle chat inquiries with professionalism and speed, ensuring every interaction reflects arenaflex’s high service standards.
  • Product Knowledge Delivery: Explain loan types (e.g., residential mortgages, construction loans, bridge financing), terms, rates, and eligibility criteria in a clear, concise manner.
  • Application Guidance: Walk clients through each step of the loan application process, from document collection to submission, providing proactive reminders and clarifications.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve client concerns related to loan status, payments, draw disbursements, and account discrepancies, escalating complex cases to loan officers when necessary.
