Role Overview – Delivery Station Customer Service Associate

The Delivery Station Customer Service Associate is the frontline ambassador for arenaflex’s commitment to exceptional service. In this role, you will provide real‑time, hands‑on assistance to customers, delivery partners, and internal teams, ensuring that every package arrives on time and every interaction ends with a satisfied smile. You will blend empathy, analytical thinking, and decisive action to resolve issues, set accurate expectations, and continuously improve the delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Communicate directly with customers in‑person, via phone, and through email, delivering clear, courteous, and solution‑focused support.
  • Empathy & Prioritization: Listen actively, understand each customer’s unique needs, and prioritize tasks to meet service level agreements.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose problems, apply logical reasoning, and make swift decisions that align with arenaflex’s standards and policies.
  • Expectation Management: Set realistic delivery expectations, provide accurate timelines, and keep customers informed throughout the fulfillment process.
  • Written Communication: Draft concise, grammatically correct responses for email and chat inquiries, ensuring consistency and professionalism.

  • Physical Duties: Safely lift, push, pull, and maneuver packages up to 49 lbs; stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions during 12‑hour shifts.
  • Flexibility: Work a full‑time schedule (40+ hours per week) with the ability to adapt to varying shift patterns, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service role, preferably within a fast‑paced, logistics‑oriented environment.
