Key Objectives for This Position

  • Optimize Operational Efficiency: Rapidly and accurately add to, update, and maintain the quality of large volumes of data within our proprietary database systems, contributing directly to organizational productivity.
  • Recommend Data Management Solutions: Analyze business requirements and propose thoughtful improvements to data management processes, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
  • Ensure Usability of Tools and Equipment: Maintain data entry software and equipment in proper working order, promptly identifying and addressing malfunctions or performance issues.
  • Handle Information Requests: Respond to data inquiries from managers, team members, and authorized stakeholders in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
  • Achieve Organizational Goals: Consistently meet and exceed performance benchmarks while adhering to industry best practices, internal protocols, and confidentiality standards.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Data Collection and Input: Gather information from a variety of sources and input it into arenaflex databases with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Verification and Quality Control: Review all entered data for errors, redundancies, or inconsistencies, and make corrections before finalizing records. Cross-check outputs against source materials.
  • Independent Research: Investigate and locate information needed to complete documents, records, and reports with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Automated Aggregator Analysis: Analyze data from automated information aggregators and integrate relevant updates into the arenaflex database in a structured and verified manner.
  • Process Development and Training: Create, refine, and document efficient systems for capturing information. Coach team members on proper usage of these systems and best practices.
  • Reporting and Backup: Generate detailed reports as requested, store outputs securely within the database, and perform regular data backups to safeguard against loss.
  • Document Management: Scan, print, and organize physical and digital files when requested, ensuring proper filing, retrieval, and archival procedures are followed.
  • Confidentiality Maintenance: Handle all company information with discretion and protect sensitive data in accordance with arenaflex policies and applicable regulations.

Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent qualification required. Additional certifications in administration, office management, or information systems are a plus.
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience working in a data entry, administrative support, or similar role with measurable results.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally across departments and levels of the organization.
  • Typing Proficiency: Fast and accurate typing ability, with a strong eye for detail and consistency.
  • Technical Competence: Proficiency with spreadsheet applications (such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets), online forms, and common office productivity tools.
