Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Answer inbound calls, chats, and emails with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions‑focused mindset.
  • Needs Assessment: Quickly assess each customer’s situation, identify opportunities, and recommend arenaflex products and services that meet both home and business requirements.
  • Billing & Claims Management: Adjust billing errors, negotiate claims, process refunds, and arrange product substitutions or returns in accordance with arenaflex policies.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up‑to‑date on the full suite of arenaflex offerings, including residential internet, business connectivity, smart‑home solutions, and emerging technologies.
  • Ownership of Experience: Take full responsibility for each interaction, ensuring a friction‑free journey from start to finish.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with onboarding supervisors, team leads, and cross‑functional partners to share insights, improve processes, and meet service level agreements.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training, adopt new tools, and apply updated procedures to enhance performance.
  • Shift Bidding & Scheduling: Engage in the shift‑bid process after training, selecting 8‑hour or 10‑hour shifts that align with arenaflex’s operating model (5 am – 10 pm, M‑F) and regional demand.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call‑center or remote environment.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience navigating multiple computer screens and using standard office software.
  • Residency in one of the eligible locations: Wichita, KS; Baton Rouge, LA; Oklahoma City, OK; Omaha, NE; or the Hampton Roads, VA region (or surrounding communities).
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a natural ability to build rapport.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking to determine the best course of action for each customer issue.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly structured, metrics‑driven call‑center environment while maintaining a calm, Zen‑like demeanor.
  • Enthusiastic, personable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Preferred Qualifications & Attributes

  • Experience meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer‑facing role.
  • 2 + years of broader customer service experience, not limited to call‑center settings.

Compensation, Perks & Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive hourly wage of $18.00, with an additional $1.25 per hour premium for shifts between 6 pm – 10 pm. Your total earnings will reflect both base pay and shift differentials, rewarding flexibility and dedication.
