Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Sales/Scheduling/Customer Service Specialist on the evening and weekend shift, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of delivering exceptional sales and customer service results. The following qualifications are required:

  • Minimum four (4) years of experience in sales, inbound call handling, or customer service environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated results‑driven mindset, consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team performance goals.
  • Proficiency with standard PC applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and comfort navigating CRM platforms.
