They are seeking a Part Time Remote Financial Educator & Team Lead to build and mentor a team of financial educators while executing marketing strategies and consulting clients on financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute Marketing & Client Acquisition Strategies: Drive brand awareness and build local relationships using our modern educational marketing platform
• Recruit & Scout: Actively build, mentor, and scale your own team of financial educators
• Coach & Develop: Run training sessions, analyze performance data, and help your team members hit their career goals
• Consult: Analyze client goals to design winning game plans for debt reduction, investments, and wealth protection

Skills

• Must pass a background check and state license exam
• 18+ years old and a U.S. citizen
• High emotional intelligence and exceptional communication skills
• Background in Athletics, Sales, Marketing, Coaching, or Leadership is highly preferred
• Strong desire to learn client acquisition, personal branding, and sales systems
