[Remote] Senior People Analytics Consultant

The Senior People Analytics Consultant will turn complex data into clear insights that inform decisions and influence strategy, delivering insights across various data sources to support people strategies across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver actionable insights to People Org leadership and program owners through complex data analysis and storytelling
  • Lead and conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic projects related to People Org programs and priorities
  • Partner with People Org to help senior business leaders measure the impact of their people strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Share recurring themes and content ideas with the People Analytics team to strengthen our ecosystem of self‑service reports
  • Build analytical capability across People Org partners by advising on analytical tools, identifying drivers/trends, and spotting proactive opportunities in the data

Skills

  • 2+ years of related professional experience with Bachelor's degree; additional experience may be accepted in lieu of education or degree
  • 3–5 years of experience working in a people analytics consulting role or similar position, delivering insights and recommendations that inform people strategy and decision making
  • Proven ability to translate data into clear, persuasive narratives for senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to translate insights into recommendations that influence decision‑making and organizational change
  • Skilled at bridging complex data sources that connect insights to business needs
  • Strong proficiency in people analytics analysis and visualization tools (e.g., One Model, Visier, Crunchr, or similar tool a plus)
  • Working understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., regression, significance testing, hypothesis testing) and experience applying these methods to analyze workforce data
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision while delivering advanced analysis
  • Able to adapt to change and learn new technologies or analytical techniques as required
  • Experience using evidence-based frameworks and research to analyze employee behavior, diagnose issues, and design effective interventions
