Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with making personalized service arrangements
  • Research and compare available options to meet client preferences
  • Confirm reservations and ensure accuracy of all details
  • Provide clear, professional communication via email and phone
  • Complete required training and participate in ongoing training

Skills

  • Must be authorized to work in the US, UK, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or Latin America
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Reliable internet connection and smartphone (computer also highly recommended)
  • Must be at minimum age 18
