[Remote] Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sidekick is an early-stage, Y Combinator-backed startup building an AI assistant for frontline and manufacturing workers. They are seeking an Account Executive who will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while managing their own pipeline and working closely with the founder on strategy and product.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from first touch to signed deal
- Lead discovery calls and product demos
- Handle negotiation and close deals
- Manage your own pipeline and hit revenue targets
- Share feedback from the field to sharpen our messaging and targeting
Skills
- Proven ability to close deals and own the whole process
- Comfortable selling to non-technical, hands-on buyers
- Strong communicator, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated, organized, and energized by building from the ground up
- Prior closing or full-cycle sales experience at an early-stage company
