[Remote] Strategy & Operations - Quality Associate Director/Director

Impact Advisors, LLC is a nationally recognized healthcare management consulting firm delivering Best in KLAS advisory, implementation, and optimization services. They are seeking an experienced Associate Director or Director-level healthcare leader to partner with provider organizations to assess performance and develop strategies related to healthcare quality ratings and patient safety improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client engagements: Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients on initiatives related to quality ratings, CSM performance, Leapfrog scores, and patient safety ratings, drawing on deep hospital operational experience and, where applicable, prior consulting experience
  • Analyze and improve performance: Evaluate quality and safety performance data, identify drivers of ratings outcomes, and recommend evidence-based interventions to improve client performance across key healthcare rating programs
  • Provide leadership and expertise: Mentor project teams, contribute to business development, and bring subject matter expertise in healthcare quality measurement, patient safety, and performance improvement to complex consulting engagements

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, nursing, business, or a related field required
  • Significant experience in a hospital or health system setting related to healthcare quality ratings, CSM scores, Leapfrog, and safety ratings is required
  • Deep knowledge of quality measurement methodologies, ratings programs, patient safety frameworks, and performance improvement strategies
  • Strong ability to interpret complex healthcare data, synthesize insights, communicate recommendations to executive stakeholders, and drive measurable results in hospital operations or consulting environments
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage senior client relationships, influence decision-making, and support business growth in a consulting environment
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Experience operating at the Associate Director or Director level is strongly preferred
  • Healthcare consulting experience and client-facing engagement leadership are preferred, but not required
  • Relevant industry certifications or clinical credentials are a plus
