[Remote] Digital Marketing Specialist

Ziff Davis Shopping is a leading digital media and internet company focused on various verticals including shopping and marketing technology. They are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow paid search marketing campaigns while collaborating with a team of digital marketing professionals. The role involves end-to-end campaign management, performance communication, and mentoring with senior team members.

Responsibilities

• Operate with minimal guidance as an individual contributor and own campaign management end-to-end
• Own a tier 1 campaign portfolio (novice-level complexity)
• Follow documented best practices to manage, maintain, and grow assigned portfolio through active campaign management (including ownership of ad copy maintenance and testing, bid/budget updates and keyword mining)
• Communicate portfolio performance, challenges and escalations to manager(s) through weekly 1:1s, daily check-ins and ad-hoc outreaches
• Review best practice documentation regularly and mentor with more-senior campaign managers to hone paid search skills and knowledge

Skills

• 1-2 years paid search campaign management experience
• Fundamental-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including basic formulas)
• Fundamental-level knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
