[Remote] Senior Growth Marketer

The Senior Growth Marketer will engage and nurture a network of experts in AI, developing growth strategies and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth strategies to expand our AI research community of graduates
- Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including content marketing, social media, email marketing, and paid marketing
- Partner with internal teams to drive growth through targeted outreach, university partnerships, and academic collaborations
- Optimize digital marketing strategies using A/B testing, analytics, and performance tracking
- Manage and grow our presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and research-focused forums
- Manage and optimize lifecycle marketing flows to nurture and retain community members throughout their engagement journey
- Leverage SEO best practices to improve visibility and searchability
Skills
- 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably to technical or academic audiences
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid acquisition (e.g. LinkedIn, Meta, Google ads), and social media marketing
- Experience with lifecycle marketing and CRM platforms such as Iterable or Salesforce to optimize engagement and retention strategies
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Passion for AI research and fostering academic communities is a plus
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Iterable
- Proficient in SQL
- Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, data labeling, or model evaluation processes
