[Remote] Epic Population Health Reporting Analyst

The Epic Population Health Reporting Analyst will support the development, configuration, and implementation of initiatives within the Population Health domain, working with project teams and stakeholders to define project scope and provide support during the implementation process.
Responsibilities
- Support the development, configuration, and implementation of medium to large-scale initiatives within the Population Health domain
- Work together with project teams, operational stakeholders, and organizational leadership to define project scope
- Execute report build and validation, and provide support during the implementation process
Skills
- Cogito Certification - Clinical Data Model
- Significant experience with Epic reporting tools (e.g., Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, RW SQL)
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within structured timelines
- Experience supporting Epic Healthy Planet and/or Compass Rose module implementations
