[Remote] Influencer Marketing Intern | Fall 2026

FamFluence Talent Management is a leading creator/influencer management agency representing top-performing mom/family influencers in North America. They are seeking an Influencer Marketing Intern to assist the Sales/Talent Management team with influencer campaign activations, build relationships with influencers, and analyze campaign data.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales/Talent Management team in securing influencer campaign activations
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers to support campaign strategies
• Research and recommend influencers to brands based on audience, niche, and campaign goals
• Collect and analyze data from past campaigns, creating reports and insights to optimize future activations
• Stay up-to-date with market trends to help inform campaign strategy
• Conduct regular outreach to brands and secure campaign opportunities
• Apply to campaigns through platforms to secure influencer partnerships

Skills

• Must be a rising sophomore, junior, or senior
• 3.0 GPA or above
• Commit to at least 15 hours a week during normal office hours (8 AM–5 PM in your time zone)
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and a professional demeanor
• Resourceful, eager to learn, and proactive in asking questions
• Passionate about supporting influencer talent and social media growth
• Resourceful, committed, and organized, with a love for checking things off the to-do list
• Social media savvy, eager to brainstorm, and excited to try new ideas
