[Remote] D365 F&O Senior Finance Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sikich is a provider of professional services across consulting, technology, and compliance, and they are seeking a D365 F&O Senior Finance Consultant. In this role, you will work as part of implementation teams to implement D365 F&O Finance & Accounting processes and mentor newer consultants on implementation processes.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of implementation teams ranging for 4-6 members on Enterprise ERP Projects
- Work directly with clients to implement D365 F&O Finance & Accounting processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, & Fixed Assets
- Work collaboratively with other functional & technical project team members to ensure successful & timely implementation
- Actively drive requirements, analysis, design, & testing phases of implementation for Supply Chain workflow
- Mentor newer consultants on implementation process & solution design
- Stay current on D365 F&O functional capabilities to implement feature/functions on client projects
- Utilize Lifecycle Services (LCS), DevOps, & standard tools to deliver project work
Skills
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Accounting, Finance, Business, MIS, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years financial implementation experience in ERP system with 2+ years in D365 F&O implementations
- Hands-on experience in the Manufacturing and/or Distribution industry
- 4+ full lifecycle implementations
- 25-50% travel may be required
- US Citizen or Green Card Holder
- Areas of concentration desired include: GL, AR, AP, FA, Manufacturing & Distribution Costing, Projects

- D365 F&O (or AX 2012 R3) Finance certification
- Supply chain or manufacturing certification (CSCP, CPIM, etc.)
- Prior experience working at a Consultancy
