Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and ship features across frontend and backend systems
- Partner closely with product to shape solutions and define technical direction
- Improve application performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Contribute to a strong engineering culture through collaboration and code reviews
- Communicate technical ideas and tradeoffs clearly across teams
- Build features that solve real customer problems and drive business value
Skills
- Strong Ruby on Rails experience and backend engineering expertise
- Ability to balance technical decisions with product and business goals
- Clear communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Based in North America
- Experience building productivity or workflow software
- Familiarity with Turbo, Stimulus, Postgres, Redis, and Heroku
