The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for recruiting field-level security roles, screening applicants, and improving recruitment strategies across various markets in the US.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for monitoring requisitions within an ATS then screening and interviewing applicants
  • Utilize different dashboards and resume searches for assistance in sourcing and interviewing
  • Creates profiles on hiring needs for locations in different markets
  • Assists with Recruitment deficits in difficult markets throughout the US
  • Makes recommendations to management regarding Recruitment improvements needed
  • Meets with Manager and makes recommendations from analytical findings to improve overall success within Talent Acquisition
  • Performs additional functions, duties and tasks of a similar nature and scope as may be required by department management to achieve initiatives
  • Assists with applicant tracking system compliance and functions

Skills

  • Associates Degree or 2 years progressively responsible, related experience desired. Equivalent experience in lieu of degree may be considered
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving and writing skills along with planning and project management skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing recruiting strategies to hire professionals
  • Strong customer service skills desired
  • Ability to be an effective team member
  • Must be self directed and capable of meeting multiple deadlines
  • Maintaining composure in dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff and the public, occasionally under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations
  • Successful passage of background, reference, psychological, and controlled substance tests
  • Required ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently

  • Handling and being exposed to sensitive and confidential information

  • Frequent sitting
  • Occasional walking, reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling
