Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Solutions Specialist to join our remote team. In this action‑oriented role, you will leverage a suite of software tools to assist customers, resolve inquiries, and deliver exceptional service that drives loyalty and revenue growth. You will work a consistent schedule of 11:30 AM – 8 PM EST (or equivalent local time) after completing a comprehensive 60‑day training program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Master arenaflex’s product portfolio, company history, and the broader food‑service industry to become a trusted advisor for customers.
  • Provide friendly, accurate, and timely assistance via phone, live chat, and email, consistently aiming for an outstanding customer experience.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of order status, shipment tracking, and inventory availability to keep customers fully informed.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Logistics, Procurement, and Technical Support—to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Apply best‑practice troubleshooting methods to diagnose problems, investigate root causes, and recommend strategic solutions aligned with arenaxflex’s business model.
  • Promote a positive, team‑oriented atmosphere by communicating professionally with internal colleagues and external customers.

Essential Qualifications

  • Reliable high‑speed internet (cable or fiber preferred) with minimum speeds of 75 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload. Satellite connections are not supported.
  • Dedicated, quiet home office space free from distractions, equipped with a router, modem, and a wired Ethernet connection when possible.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable navigation of Windows‑based applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; clear articulation and professional email etiquette are required.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy to handle high‑volume customer interactions efficiently.
  • Ability to complete a 60‑day onboarding schedule (9:30 AM – 6 PM ET or local equivalent) and transition to the regular shift thereafter.
  • Physical capability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive computer tasks.
