Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our overnight call center team. As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking language interpretation services. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that every caller receives accurate information, swift assistance, and a seamless connection to a qualified interpreter.

Core Responsibilities

  • Answer high‑volume inbound calls with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Gather precise client details, including language needs, contact information, and urgency level.
  • Coordinate and connect callers with appropriate interpreters in real time, ensuring minimal wait times.

Essential Qualifications
