  • Age 18 or older, with the ability to obtain a state insurance license after completing arenaflex’s training program.
  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems and standard desktop applications.
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute, ensuring efficient data entry and documentation.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Prior call‑center or inbound/outbound sales experience, especially within the insurance sector.
