About arenaflex – Pioneering Trust‑Centric Learning Solutions

arenaflex is a world‑leading technology and services organization that empowers millions of users worldwide to transact, collaborate, and innovate with confidence. In a rapidly evolving digital economy, arenaflex places the highest priority on safeguarding customer trust, compliance, and operational excellence. To sustain this mission, arenaflex invests heavily in learning experiences that not only onboard new talent but also continuously upskill seasoned professionals across the Payment Risk Operations (PRO) vertical. Our Learning Experience Design (LXD) team sits at the heart of this effort, crafting immersive, data‑driven curricula that translate complex risk‑management concepts into actionable knowledge.

Why This Role Matters

As a Senior Learning Experience Designer on the Global Customer Trust Training & Risk Operations LXD team, you will be the architect of learning journeys that directly influence the effectiveness of investigators, analysts, and frontline associates. Your work will shape how new hires become competent investigators, how tenured professionals stay ahead of emerging fraud patterns, and how the entire organization continuously raises the bar on investigative performance. This is more than a design role—it is a strategic partnership that blends instructional expertise, project leadership, and analytics to deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development of Engaging Learning Experiences

  • Conceptualize, author, and publish high‑impact e‑learning modules using industry‑standard tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, and Adobe Captivate.
  • Blend digital, instructor‑led, and on‑the‑job performance support formats to create holistic curricula that address diverse learning preferences.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end curriculum lifecycle—from needs analysis, content design, and prototype testing to final delivery and post‑implementation evaluation.
  • Maintain and continuously improve curriculum templates, style guides, and instructional standards to accelerate future development cycles.
  • Embed interactive video, scenario‑based simulations, and micro‑learning assets that reinforce critical investigative skills.

Project & Program Management Excellence

  • Own multiple medium‑ to large‑scale learning projects simultaneously, applying proven project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) to meet scope, schedule, and quality targets.
  • Develop detailed project plans, risk registers, and status dashboards for senior leadership review.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including Training Delivery, Learner Performance, Operations, Quality, and Global Process Owners—to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Implement robust change‑management practices to smooth the rollout of new curricula, tools, and processes across global locations.

Data‑Driven Learning Optimization

  • Integrate data collection mechanisms (surveys, assessments, performance dashboards) into every learning solution to capture real‑time learner feedback.
  • Analyze learning analytics to surface actionable insights, identify knowledge gaps, and recommend curriculum refinements.
  • Conduct post‑implementation impact studies that link learning outcomes to key business metrics such as investigation accuracy, case resolution time, and fraud loss reduction.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, championing a culture of continuous performance improvement.

Coaching, Mentorship, and Thought Leadership

  • Mentor junior LXDs, apprentices, and cross‑functional contributors on instructional design best practices, authoring tool techniques, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Facilitate workshops and design sprints that foster collaborative problem‑solving and innovative curriculum ideation.
  • Serve as a subject‑matter expert on learning standards, accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1), and emerging LXD trends within the risk‑management domain.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of program or project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex learning initiatives on time and within budget.
  • 5+ years of cross‑functional collaboration experience, partnering with both technical and non‑technical teams to translate business needs into effective learning solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience defining and implementing process‑improvement initiatives using quantitative data and metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human‑Centered Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in defining program requirements, leveraging data‑driven insights to iterate curricula, and measuring learning impact.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience driving end‑to‑end delivery of learning programs and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • 5+ years of experience leading systematic process‑improvement initiatives that resulted in measurable efficiency gains.
  • 3+ years of experience managing stakeholders in large, matrixed, cross‑functional projects.
  • 3+ years of experience applying change‑management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter) to ensure smooth adoption of new learning solutions.
  • Advanced certifications such as CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance), PMP, or Agile Scrum Master are a plus.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Instructional Design Mastery: Deep knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, and Bloom’s taxonomy, with the ability to craft learning objectives that align tightly to business outcomes.
  • Authoring Tool Proficiency: Hands‑on expertise with Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, and similar platforms.
