Eigent AI is a research-driven startup aiming to design practical artificial general intelligence. We build agents that can efficiently reason and interact with external environments in a robust manner. Our prior work includes camel-ai.org, which is the earliest large language model-based multi-agent system for real-world task solving. We are looking for creative minds joining us together to explore the new scaling law for agents. Specifically, our current focus is placed on: • System: We are enhancing our agent system infrastructure to enhance seamless cooperation between multiple agents for practical task solving, and to improve the multi-modal memory and retrieval. • Algorithm: We are developing a new reasoning framework that allows agents to effectively tackle complex problems via different hierarchies. We also focus on efficient training and inference for large foundational models. • Model: We are interestd in designing new foundational architectures for large models that are tailored for agents involved in sequential decision-making tasks. This initiative is about pushing the boundaries of current model capabilities to better accommodate complex agent operations. • Data: We are implementing automated systems for collecting and annotating high-quality informative data, alongside generating synthetic data. These efforts are intended to enhance the generalization abilities of our models. Work Location: UK/US/Remote DescriptionRole Overview: Responsible for the implementation of Multi-Agents products related to the Camel open-source library. Key Responsibilities: • 1.Formulate a clear Multi-Agents product strategy and development roadmap, ensuring that product development aligns with the company's strategy, market direction, and project objectives. • 2.Lead and enhance the product team’s capabilities, improve the productivity of the product line, and ensure that the team has clear goals and plans during the product development process, collectively driving the products towards continuous improvement. • 3.Stay abreast of industry dynamics, gain insights into industry trends and competitor developments, and iteratively enhance the product’s competitiveness. RequirementsSkills & Requirements: • 1.Bachelor's degree or above, with an understanding of AI-related knowledge in fields like voice and NLP.
