DescriptionWe're seeking an Online Chat Specialist to handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts and candidate must possess the skills to answer inbound chats, emails, and/or correspondence from customers and properly address inquiries.Responsibilities:Answers incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concernsEvaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to Online Chat Manager when appropriateCrete relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needsRespond to the customer questions, inquiries, requests and problems accurately, concisely and appropriatelyPromotes interest in client products and servicesConsistently achieves established standards of the positionContinually portray and project a positive and professional image.Provide administrative support to the customer service teamMay assist with overflow work and other duties as neededPromotes interest in client products and servicesConsistently achieves established standards of the positionContinually portray and project a positive and professional imageProvide administrative support to the customer service teamMay assist with overflow work and other duties as neededThis position is also a remote position in which you will be working from homeQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Experience in customer service.Strong telephone etiquette.Familiarity with CRM tools.Excellent communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.Ability to adapt to different personalities.Additional Information It’s been an honor to contribute to and be a part of countless success stories of all our clients, past and present, and we have just gotten started Apply Job!
