Payroll Specialist

Description: • Ensure accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll utilizing Dayforce • Enter, maintain, and process information related to employee compensation, time worked, PTO, paid leave, deductions, tax withholding • Assist with the creation of reports in Dayforce for analysis and issue identification • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and resolve discrepancies in alignment with company policies and regulations Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent in related work experience • 7+years of payroll processing experience in a multi-entity or multi-state environment • Advanced Excel experience (vlookup, pivot tables, etc.) • In-depth knowledge of federal and state labor laws, payroll principles, and regulations with a focus on Massachusetts.
