About The Role Join our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division at Wells Fargo as a Teller within our National Branch Network. Responsibilities

Engage customers by processing teller transactions, offering digital solutions, and introducing them to bankers as needed. Execute operational tasks while adhering to established policies to minimize risks. Efficiently handle routine transactional, operational, and customer support duties by leveraging knowledge of bank procedures and products. Exercise judgment within defined policies and procedures, seeking guidance from managers when necessary. Build rapport with customers, address their inquiries, and facilitate requested transactions. Identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate services to meet them.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of customer interaction experience, or equivalent demonstrated through various channels such as work experience, training, military service, or education. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle complex transactions and promote mobile banking options. Professional demeanor with the capacity to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in cash handling procedures and adherence to regulatory guidelines. Well-organized, independent, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a dynamic setting. Ability to identify and mitigate potential fraud or risks. Military background or experience in personnel management is a plus. Proven track record in sourcing, acquiring, and maintaining customer relationships. Expectations Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
