This job... contributes to Starbucks success by continuously improving organizational effectiveness by driving transparency and collaboration across Store Operations (SO). Our Business Operations team works across the organization, driving momentum through connection of strategy to execution, enabling investment planning and performance tracking to achieve our strategic objectives. The team drives strong engagement and a sustainable communication strategy through an integrated eco-system creating a bridge to our enterprise frameworks & approaches. Business Acumen & Professional Expertise Aids in pulling together and leveraging project resources such as talent, materials and budget, with support Manages projects in accordance with available Starbucks established project and program management methodologies Drives small cross-functional projects, leading co-located teams Creates standard operating procedures for evergreen work and processes Supports Biz Ops team with content creation and project management as needed Project Prioritization & Planning Ensures projects are aligned with Starbucks strategy and planning processes Communicates progress and manages expectations with key stakeholders at all levels; knows when to escalate roadblocks Facilitates project tracking for team projects and work streams using Smartsheet and other project management tools Leads agenda planning, speaker alignment, content packaging, communication and facilitates key Store Operations forums (ex: Town Hall, Knowledge Share, etc.) Owns execution of team rhythm of business activities such as: o Agenda management and communication o Logistics planning o Upfront communication and recaps We?d love to hear from people with: Project management experience Experience creating & delivering presentations Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, and create strategy in new spaces Experience understanding, managing, and cultivating their stakeholder communities

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree Proficiency in Microsoft suite Knowledge and capabilities with data organization and visualization tools (Smartsheet, Miro, etc.) preferred 2 years general business experience in large, multi-disciplinary organizations Join us and be part of something bigger.
