Apply customer and competitor insights to create business plans, explore new business opportunities, and facilitate product launch. Conduct work simplification and measurement studies based on business evaluations. Develop an understanding of Microsoft's product portfolio to analyze strategic priorities, competitive position, gaps, and potential opportunities. Support and review product roadmap, go-to-market, integration, and related plans to ensure effective business development strategies. Requires domestic and international travel up to 25%. Telecommuting permitted less than 50%/week within same geographic location as assigned Microsoft office location. Minimum Requirements Education: Master's or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field. Experience: 6 months of experience in software related product marketing, program management, and developing market strategy. Education or Experience in: Product Marketing; Product Management; Data analytics; User experience design; and Experimental design- statistics.Multiple job openings. Pay Range and Benefits Information The offered base pay range for this specific position (V4394800.c), in Redmond, WA, is $140,790 to $170,790 per year.Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.
