As a Claims Customer Service Representative you will answer high volume inbound calls, focusing on capturing detailed information for newly reported Liability and Auto claims as well as answering questions on claims previously... reported. You will learn product knowledge during hands on New Hire training. When catastrophes strike you will be required to work overtime. Responsibilities

As a Claims Customer Service Representative your Job Duties will Include: • Answering high incoming call volume & provide written communication for all lines of business for policyholders, agents, and strategic accounts • Processing transactions for multiple lines of business, systems, & products • Using multiple computer applications • Actively participates and involvement in department initiatives and goals • Maintaining Customer Service Metrics on Call volume, Quality of call and attendance.
