We are looking for a... dynamic and creative YouTube/TikTok Platform Developer and Manager to join our team. Position Overview: As the YouTube/TikTok Platform Developer and Manager, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing video content across YouTube and TikTok. Your focus will be on producing high-quality videos, including podcast session clips, reels, and talking head instructional videos, to grow our subscription base and enhance our online presence. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation and Editing: Develop engaging and informative videos related to health improvement, alternative therapies for pain, and exercise. Edit videos to create polished and professional content, including podcast session clips, reels, and talking head instructional videos. Ensure all content is visually appealing and aligns with our brand's aesthetic and messaging. Platform Management: Manage and optimize our YouTube and TikTok channels to increase visibility and subscriber growth. Develop and implement a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule. Monitor and respond to comments and messages to foster community engagement. Growth Strategy: Analyze performance metrics to understand what content resonates with our audience and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive subscription growth. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices on YouTube and TikTok to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive. Collaboration: Work closely with the podcast team to produce video content from podcast sessions. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create accurate and insightful instructional videos. Partner with influencers and other content creators to expand our reach and audience. Qualifications: Proven experience in video creation and editing, particularly for YouTube and TikTok. Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar). Strong understanding of YouTube and TikTok algorithms, best practices, and trends. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Passion for health improvement and alternative therapies for pain and exercise. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with growth strategies for social media platforms is a plus.
