The D2AS vision is to create innovative support experiences for customers of Amazons devices and digital products, through intelligent self-service solutions and enabling our tech-support organization with tools and technology. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market.
