Executive Assistant to Vice President of Marketing

Location: This is a Texas-based remote position with the potential for limited in-state travel to our home office north of San Antonio Position Overview: As the Executive Assistant to the VP of Marketing and Sales, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive office. You will provide comprehensive administrative support and oversee various marketing... and sales-related functions to drive the VP's productivity and effectiveness. Job Responsibilities: Manage and prioritize the VP's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the VP, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external distribution Handle specific marketing and sales-related tasks including: Assist in organizing and executing marketing and sales events, conferences, and meetings Marketing supplies ordering Serving as the trade show coordinator and point of contact Providing sales opportunity pipeline support as needed Managing monthly marketing contact reports Providing support for webinars, pre and post Updating the company website Managing marketing vendor relations and communications Proofing email marketing for accuracy and quality Reviewing social media posts in collaboration with designated team members Supporting lead nurturing activities and lead assignments Acting as the team travel coordinator for marketing and sales-related trips Assisting with expense report preparation and support as needed Conducting research as requested by the VP Handling ad hoc projects and assignments as directed Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, PR, Sales, or related field.
