About Us: Holiday Light Pros is a family owned and run company specializing in creating stunning holiday lighting and decorations for homes and businesses throughout the holiday season. As we approach the busy holiday season, we are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities: § Customer Communication: Answer phones and respond to email inquiries, providing excellent customer service and information about our services. § Proposal Generation: Prepare and send detailed proposals to potential clients based on their needs and preferences. § Scheduling: Assist with scheduling consultations, installations, and follow-up appointments. § Client Interaction: Communicate with customers to confirm details, provide updates, and ensure a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. § Must be able to commit to 3 days per week (minimum). Hours will vary within those days but can be flexible. Qualifications: § Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. § Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally. § Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google and familiarity with CRM software is a plus. § Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. § Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment and assist where needed.
