Clearly articulate assessment results and educational plans to parents and general education faculty. •

IEP Development:

Formulate Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs) aligned with federal regulations. •

Collaboration:

Partner with parents and school staff to track and enhance student progress. •

Family Engagement:

Maintain responsive communication with families, addressing inquiries within 24 hours. •

Relationship Building:

Cultivate supportive relationships with students and their families. •

Virtual Interaction:

Lead online meetings to support students in achieving their IEP goals. •

Learning Enhancement:

Offer families recommendations for learning support and guide them in utilizing classroom resources. •

Adaptive Teaching:

Modify learning materials according to individual student needs and monitor progress using measurable data. •

Administrative Liaison:

Communicate regularly with school administration regarding student updates. •

Meeting Coordination:

Organize and facilitate special education meetings as needed. •

Office Hours:

Testing Support:

Assist in proctoring state-mandated standardized tests, ensuring compliance with testing regulations. •

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. •
