We are seeking a skilled Remote Live Chat Specialist to provide excellent customer service through our live chat platform. As the first point of contact for our online visitors, you will assist with inquiries, provide information about our services, and help resolve any issues they may have. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, a compassionate attitude, and the ability to work independently. ? *Key Responsibilities:** ? Respond promptly to live chat inquiries from website visitors. ? Provide accurate information about Reynolds Home services and programs. ? Assist clients with questions, concerns, and issues in a professional and empathetic manner. ? Document and escalate issues to the appropriate departments as needed. ?
