Receive inbound and outbound calls from Patients and Insurance providers. Job Requirements Minimum of 1-year recent experience with Medical Insurance (Prior Authorization e.g.). Experience w/ Medicare/Medicaid program administration. Insurance Verification and claim adjudication or medical billing. Experience or knowledge of ICD-10, HCPCS, or CPT is a HUGE PLUS!
