You will be responsible for inputting various types of data into our databases with precision and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Inputting alphanumeric data from source documents into designated computer databases
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of data input
- Reviewing data for errors or discrepancies and correcting as needed
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Following company guidelines and procedures for data entry and documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in typing and data entry (minimum of 50 words per minute with high accuracy)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry software/systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience:No prior experience required; training will be provided. Working Hours:Part-time position with flexible hours, approximately 20 hours per week. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
