Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and tools to streamline account management. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Experience in customer service or account management is preferred. 7. Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with partners.
