We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Inbound Customer Service Agents to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone and via email. You will be handling inbound inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Weekend and weekday availability is required for this position. Excellent attendance and punctuality is a must. ? *Responsibilities:** ? Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner ?
