School District Needs Teacher Assistants! $25 - $29/HR. WEEKLY PAY!

Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated and proactive Paraprofessionals to support our educational team. The ideal candidates will work directly with students, assisting them in their academic and personal development while collaborating closely with teachers and staff. Key Responsibilities... • Assist teachers in implementing instructional activities and classroom management. • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs. • Help students with special education needs in following their individualized education plans (IEPs). • Support students in developing social, behavioral, and academic skills. • Assist with classroom organization, including preparing materials and setting up learning activities. • Monitor and record students' progress and behaviors, providing feedback to teachers and parents as needed. Qualifications: • Active Professional Educator License (PEL) in Illinois is required. (License must be current and not pending.) • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s Degree or higher preferred. • Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred. • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with students, teachers, and other staff members. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with students with special needs or in a special education environment. • Knowledge of various instructional strategies and behavioral interventions.
